In the public or private domain, companies, institutes, associations, schools, universities and organisations from all sectors face constant challenges: adapting to market fluctuations, digital transformation, the demand of customers and consumers, the scarcity of resources or the organisation of teams.

The coaching-pt intervention model is based on an integrated professional coaching program designed in stages that include diagnosis and a customized approach that integrates leaders, teams and groups as well as moments of dynamic learning.

The coaching process we had can be summarised with the following sentence: obtaining dynamics and solutions to harmonise the projects and relationships we are involved in.

The thematic areas addressed correspond to company issues: leadership, communication, organization, resource and time management, performance and customer.

An integrated and comprehensive approach addresses these challenges. We work on your listening level, how to regulate conflicts, time, teams, telework, how to participate in a conversation, how to manage change, how to obtain results, among others.

Diagnosis

The intervention process of the professional coaching program for organizations begins with a phase of ascertaining the situation, defining the actors and the most appropriate approach to follow.

Several methodologies are used: diagnosis meetings, transmission of objectives and management of expectations. Diagnostic tools and information collection for the process can also be used.

Leadership Coaching

At coaching-pt we believe that leaders have within themselves the answer to the situations they face, sometimes lacking the possibility to reserve for themselves moments of analysis, structuring and reflection before making a decision. To that end, we provide a tried-and-true method of executive coaching for leaders that includes the facilitation, observation, and questioning necessary to develop an action plan that is sustained over time.

In sessions of 45 or 60 minutes, within a defined period of time, coach and client, responsible for an organization, start an individual process of executive coaching for leaders, creating regular moments of reflection that lead the client to clarify first for himself. the vision it has for the organization of which it is a part and take the necessary initiatives to put its objectives into practice.

All executive coaching processes for leaders in organizations must begin with a three party meeting between the various stakeholders in the process that include the sponsoring client, company representative, coaching client and the team of coaches.

The sessions can take place in person, online or outdoors.

Team Coaching

Motivation, communication, vision, cohesion, efficiency, productivity, mobilization. These are some of the issues that an integrated professional coaching program addresses.

Team coaching is a programme usually requested by the organisation itself for one or several of its teams through their managers.

The coaching-pt team develops a continuous and time-phased coaching process which includes a first phase of diagnosis, collection of information, definition of intervening parties and objectives, followed by coaching sessions with leaders and their teams. The team comes together with a common purpose and a shared vision.

This practice is particularly transformative when performed from the top to the bottom of the organisation, starting with a moment of reflection on the company's strategic vision and annual objectives .

The team of professional coaches acts as a facilitator, observer and regulator of the development and commitment in the elaboration and execution of a consistent and lasting action plan.

Team coaching programmes are structured to contain various tools such as thematic workshops, team and individual sessions, feedback, questionnaires, among others.

The start-up procedure in team coaching should start with a meeting between the various intervening parties in the process that include the sponsoring client, company representative, team leader and team of coaches.

The sessions can take place in person, online or outdoors.

Group Coaching

Group coaching is a type of professional coaching in which all practices are directed towards a group of people, who do not necessarily have to be part of the same team within the organization, but who have common development goals.

This activity is normally requested by those heading organisations in order to bring together elements that have common areas of development in a group.

This activity, mediated by a coach, provides human and social development among the group participants.

The objectives that the participants want to develop can be various such as working on confidence, increasing focus, developing discipline, managing stress, among others.

Through specific coaching tools and also lectures, workshops or seminars, the coaching-pt team intervenes, in a certain period of time, in order to enhance and develop the group's skills.

At the beginning of the group coaching programme, a meeting is held between the various intervening parties in the process, including the sponsoring client, company representative, group leader and team of coaches.

The sessions can take place in person, online or outdoors.

Coaching on the Job

Business leaders have the possibility of having the presence of a coach at key moments in the development of their professional activity, such as strategy-setting meetings, decision-making or motivational team meetings.

The coach will be present as a support to the client as an observer, facilitator and regulator providing a regular outside view and feedforward.

Leader Coach

At the present time and in the organisational context, it is indispensable that employees contribute with their capacities, competences and, mainly, with their experience so that businesses reach increasingly higher levels and thereby achieve extraordinary results.

The coach leader is the one who takes the lead within a company and who, combining his vision, knowledge and his daily performance with coaching techniques, is able to inspire the transformation and change in the attitude of teams, further enhancing their skills and competences and contributing so that employees and the company achieve the results they propose.

Through the transmission of coaching tools, coaching-pt offers business leaders the possibility to grow as a coach leader in the company by improving their structured planning settings and their ability to lead the team masterfully. The coach leader is truly someone who encourages, motivates and inspires their teams to raise their performance.

The programmes designed for coach leaders include workshops, lectures, exercises and individual coaching sessions, in face-to-face or online formats.

Workshops and Lectures

Nowadays, it is a trend in organisations to promote events that occupy a prominent place and create an ideal environment for the presentation of plans, goals and objectives encouraging employees to take action.

Creativity and life experience make these meetings possible moments of reflection, causing changes in attitude in the participants.

There are several types of approach that guarantee a better assimilation of contents and the creation of a healthy environment.

Coaching-pt, within the scope of c-academy®, ®, creates and develops workshops and lectures tailored to each organisation. Several themes are developed, such as non-violent communication, coaching tools, emotional intelligence, conflict management, time management, among others.

Workshops and lectures can take place in person or online.

Mentoring

Professional mentoring consists of the support of an experienced professional whose mission is to advise and guide someone younger or less experienced towards their development and improvement.

Mentoring is for those seeking career guidance or for those who feel stagnant and want to move forward with new action strategies.

At coaching-pt we offer mentoring programmes for teachers, entrepreneurs, trainers and communication professionals.

The mentoring sessions take place in person or online with a duration to be defined.

Facilitation

Facilitation is an area that is increasingly in corporate environments and in the field of education as a way of leading or teaching people.

Facilitation allied to coaching techniques expands the results of the moments of reflection and decision-making of companies at key moments of their activity, namely, the definition of strategic vision, mission and annual assessment and objectives.

The facilitator's role is to understand and guide people into effective practice in finding solutions to complex problems. By asking questions, stimulating dialogue and listening with empathy, the facilitator supports the simplification of content to aid the learning and decision-making process.

The coaching-pt team develops facilitation programmes that include meeting structure, reflection exercises and group mentoring.

Meetings can be in person and online.

Supervision

All coaching programmes developed by coaching-pt are accompanied by supervision sessions of the coaching team ensuring quality, impartiality, rigour and ethics in the work developed.

Evaluation Model

The integrated coaching program developed in the companies is submitted to the participants' appreciation, through evaluation and feedback tools on its usefulness, the learning it has allowed and what use it will have in the professional future.
