We met in the professional coaching course and stayed together, in a partnership that led us to move towards a brand: coaching-pt.

From an early age, I fell in love with personal development, it became a way of life. I develop technical skills and capabilities in a structured way with the aim of doing everything well.<\/span><\/p>\n

I added new ways of thinking with more freedom, vulnerability, and empathy. I was born on one continent and I live in another, ways of looking at life with joy, curiosity and different paths. Always believing that tomorrow is a new day, a fresher look, a renewed path.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adding meditation was a step, to connect with my inner self, with my strengths and weaknesses, gain stimulation, reposition objectivity, separate the essential from the accessory, calm the mind, calm the body, calm the whole in a world of infinite possibilities.
