At coaching-pt <\/span>we move forward with young students in secondary and university education.<\/b><\/p>\n

At a time in life when doubts arise and the insecurity typical of the age of uncertainty sets in, coaching can be a very useful tool in reflecting on life possibilities and the professional future.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the school context, young people face doubts regarding their path, their choices and their integration into society. We invite all young people to <\/span>stop and reflect and move forward<\/b>, with the aim of improving school performance, focus and results. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The programmes designed for young people include workshops, lectures, exercises and individual coaching sessions, in either face-to-face or online formats.<\/span><\/p>\n

Through the <\/span>transmiss\u00e3o de<\/b> transmission of coaching tools<\/b>, coaching-pt offers young students the possibility to grow as people, improving their concentration, organisation and planning skills, as well as the capacity to decide and safety in the learning context.<\/span><\/p>\n

In <\/span>individual coaching<\/b>, we accompany young people who want to decide their career path, who seek to clarify which areas of future action and who want to achieve increasingly higher levels of performance.<\/span><\/p>\n

coaching-pt offers young secondary school and university students the possibility to reflect on their present and their future in order to streamline their decision-making processes regarding the results they want to achieve in the institution where they study.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The intervention of coaching-pt can be made at a private level or in educational institutions that wish to request our services.<\/span><\/p>\n

Professional coaching or career coaching is one of the areas that can and are often addressed in a personal coaching process.<\/p>\n

Many people, at different stages of their professional life, are faced with challenges that make them want to reflect in a structured way about the professional moment they are experiencing and what is their vision for their career in the short, medium and long term.<\/p>\n

For this, a partnership between the client and the coach is made so that the focus is on exploring the client's intentions in respect for their professional development and analysis of current and future capabilities. Options can include growing within the company, in the same or another position, moving to a new company or even preparing for a change in area.<\/p>\n
